Developing a persistent world for Neverwinter Nights 1 is a monumental task that requires bootstrapping a great number of systems and scripts, and also likely involves implementing a number of classes and items that are not part of the base Neverwinter Nights. Waymark.pw aims to provide a solid base anyone can build their persistent world from. By implementing a variety of dependable common scripts, this allows developers to focus on the game design systems they wish to implement to make their world stand out, and not have to worry about the grunt work of basic systems.
